Great question! Who is Ian Luckett? I am a Business Growth Consultant and I specialise helping business owners in the IT & MSP space.
I pretty much wake up every day with the purpose to help others out, whether that be in business or in their personal lives.
I have always been a big fan of Personal Development and my passion has spread over the years into the business world.

I pretty much wake up every day with the purpose to help others out, whether that be in business or in their personal lives.
I have always been a big fan of Personal Development and my passion has spread over the years into the business world.
When I was 27, I discovered my love for Leadership and building strong teams in business.
I was lucky to have the opportunity to manage a team of 65 people building what is now the Virgin Media network in the South East and this passion is something that I still have to this day.
I got such a kick out of watching my teams grow and develop personally with their confidence, skills and ability that I consider this to be a kind of “gift”
I have been married for nearly 25 years and have an amazing and supportive family, which is my “Why”.
In 2016, I, Ian Luckett founded Innovate to Success with one mission – To help others in business experience the success that I had over my 20-year career in senior positions.
While learning how to grow my own business from the best coaches and mentors IN the UK, I have enjoyed tremendous success at work and at home. This fuels me to constantly innovate, develop and create more ways to help more people.
I don’t do things by half, if I don’t know how to do something then I will either find out or find someone to help (which annoys my wife somewhat!) and every now and then I may be a bit too straight-talking and slip out the odd swearword!
In addition to working with the amazing clients at the MSP Growth Hub, I was once dubbed a “Super Connector” by IT Channel Legend Jay McBain.
This comes from my passion to connect and help people and my belief that if you help enough other people get what they want, then you will get what you want.

I enjoy giving back to charities, helping people less fortunate and people at the beginning of their business journeys.
They need to teach this stuff in schools!
My one tip to success in business is to IMPLEMENT!
Sometimes it is hard to ask for help and believe me, you are not alone as that used to be me! If I hadn’t asked for help all those years ago, I wouldn’t be typing this right now.
